Kharkiv center bombarded with Russian missiles which Ukraine doesn't have - National Security and Defense Council
The Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine confirms the fact that the Kharkiv regional state administration was bombed by Russian invaders.
As a confirmation of this fact, the footage shows that the contours and dimensions of the missile correspond to the model ZM54-1 Caliber, which is now in service with the Russian army.
There are NO such missiles in service in Ukraine!
