Celebrities invite Ukrainians to join All-Ukrainian Pajamas Day

On November 5, Ukrainians are invited to take part in the All-Ukrainian charity flashmob #dayofpajamas. Anyone can join. For this, you need to post your photo or video in pajamas on social media and make a charitable contribution. All funds raised will go to maintain the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Ukrainian hospitals, where inpatients can spend time with family, relax, eat and play.

Lilia Rebryk with Andrii Dykyi and their children, Anatolii Anatolich, Zlata Ohnevich and Valeria Guzema starred in the video announcement. The stars are dancing a charity flash mob dance, which is being launched on social media, including TikTok.

"For the first time, we held a charity Pajama Day in 2019. We have brought together people of different professions, stars, schoolchildren, and anyone who wants to achieve a common goal to give children in hospitals the opportunity to be close to their families," says the director of the Ronald McDonald House Foundation Halyna Solovei. "Then the initiative received a great response, and the Day of Pajamas became an annual tradition. This year the flash mob will be held for the third time. Every donation and publication of users and companies on social media help us to raise funds for the maintenance of five Family Rooms in hospitals in Kyiv, Lviv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Vinnytsia."
