Tymoshenko announces launch of City Express in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro
Ukraine is negotiating with world-renowned companies to develop suburban train services within the City Express project.
"On behalf of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, we are actively involved in the development of suburban train services. We are currently working with a number of world-renowned companies on the City Express project. Kyiv City Express will be launched first, followed by routes in Kharkiv, Dnipro, and other cities," Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the President's Office, coordinator of the Great Construction project, posted on Facebook.
According to the Deputy Head of the President's Office, the main principle of suburban train services is "fast, convenient, comfortable and with respect for passengers."
