You definitely don't expect such turning points.
The vast majority of EU countries have not yet lifted the ban, although over 30 countries have already opened their borders to the citizens of Ukraine. Exceptions are citizens or residents of EU countries, their close relatives, and those traveling for study or work subject to certain rules.
Therefore, when I received a type "D" visa at the Estonian Embassy in Ukraine, I mentally switched to choosing residence for the mandatory self-isolation period and other problems, skipping the travel stage. But it turned out to be, so to speak, the most interesting.
