In the Kharkiv region, a food truck from the volunteer project "Food Without Borders" is actively operating. It is equipped to prepare up to 5,000 meals daily.

Ukrinform reports this.

The Food Truck started operating in early February, has already been to Poltava, Izium in the Kharkiv region, and has arrived in the Kharkiv district. The truck is staffed by professional chefs who prepare food for frontline and deoccupied territory residents.

"We provide charity lunches in frontline areas where there is a need for hot food. We can prepare from a thousand to 5,000 portions per day. The kitchen is fully automated. It is supplied with water, and there are powerful generators. But when there is an opportunity to connect to the electricity grid, we connect," Oleh Bibikov, a chef and volunteer of the public organization "City of Goodness," said.

He stated that the Food Truck on Wheels is currently the only one of its kind in Ukraine, but there are plans to equip several more kitchen trucks in the future.

The mobile kitchen's menu features buckwheat porridge, cutlets, salads, fresh bread, rice porridge, and pasta with Bolognese sauce.
