The Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant was on the verge of blackout for the second time today.
Two 330 kV main lines were cut off during a Russian massive attack and the backup power supply circuit was taken out of operation.
Enemy forces again targeted energy infrastructure facilities on the night of March 23.
Ukrainian repair teams have already restored the operation of one 330 kV line.
On the night of March 22, Russian forces fired more than 150 drones and missiles of various types. Air defense forces shot down 55 drone targets and 37 missiles.
Critical infrastructure facilities were hit in a number of cities, causing casualties.
Russian forces hit the Dnipro hydroelectric power plant, while there were also power outages in Dnipro, Poltava and Sumy regions.
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that Ukraine's energy system had suffered one of the largest air attacks in two years.
