Oleksii Tymofieiev Joined The Directors Board Of The BGV Investment Group

In June, Oleksii Tymofieiev joined the BGV Group Management team of Hennadii Butkevych. As part of the Group's Directors Board, Oleksii will be responsible for the company's investment strategy implementation.

Oleksii Tymofieiev has more than 25 years of general experience in the corporate sector of Ukraine and more than 15 years in managerial positions in the largest public and private companies of Ukraine. Has expertise in the energy, mining, and manufacturing industries.

BGV Group Management is an investment company of Hennadii Butkevych, which develops businesses and projects in the mining, processing, energy efficiency, retail, and development sectors. To date, the BGV Group team consists of more than 2,000 people, whose work is aimed at strengthening and developing the state's economy, as well as social and humanitarian support of the population. Under the auspices of BGV, companies operating in the exploration and production of graphite, beryllium, uranium, titanium, zirconium, rare earth elements, granite, natural gas, and oil. Investments in extraction and further processing of raw materials are one of the main focuses of the company. Thus, the Group and Hennadii Butkevych as its founder have already invested more than 100 million US dollars in Ukrainian mining projects in 8 years, which will potentially make Ukraine a world leader in certain raw material areas. The company supports partnerships and attracts external investments, developing projects at the international level: the Group's businesses cooperate with partners around the world, from Canada and the USA to Turkey, Egypt, the UAE, and the Indo-Pacific region countries. In March 2022, the BGV investment group, with an investor's support, created the BGV Charity Fund to organize aid to Ukraine during the war and to rebuild the country after the victory. Today, the foundation is engaged in organizing the delivery and distribution of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, as well as complex charitable projects and initiatives for those who need it – children, IDPs, military personnel, the elderly, vulnerable population groups and others.
