Russia's missile attack on Mykolaiv damaged about 40 houses, 22 of which were high-rise buildings, local authorities report.
A lot of residential buildings suffered damage of various nature. Previously, we know of 22 apartment buildings, 4 apartment buildings and 12 private houses. They had windows, doors, balconies destroyed, broken roofs, the statement says.
Several educational institutions and the district administration building were repeatedly damaged.
More than 700 windows were blown out during the night shelling. The five-story building and private sector houses were the most affected. Only one huge gap remained in the territory of one of them.
The attack caused panic among the residents of Mykolaiv, especially those who have recently returned to the city.
