russia completes partial mobilization: authorities avoid confirmation

Several days have passed since the "mobilization ended," and the Kremlin avoids reporting on the decree of russian dictator putin.

RIA Novosti reports, referring to Kremlin press secretary Dmytro Peskov.

When asked whether there would be a decree on the completion of partial mobilization, Peskov avoided a direct answer.

It is still unknown whether such a decree exists and when it will be signed.

"We will inform you further," Peskov replied.

It should be noted that russia has already announced the alleged completion of mobilization. But it will officially stop only after putin signs the relevant decree.

Earlier it was reported that the russian federation was able to mobilize up to 200,000 people out of the declared 300,000. Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar said this during the briefing.

"The russian federation's leadership continues the first mobilization stage from September 26 to November 25. As of mid-October, according to our intelligence, about 200,000 people have been called up, which is approximately 66.7% of the declared number that they planned to collect (300,000 – ed.)," said Maliar.

The deputy minister added that according to intelligence data, russia is continuing to re-staff the 107th and 24th formations of regular and reserve regiments and battalions with a total number of about 146,000 people. According to her, this happens in all military districts, the Northern Fleet, and airborne troops.

Also, the russian mass media reported that officials of the russian government and the Moscow City Hall are escaping from mobilization by fleeing abroad. This is reported by Current Time, citing the editor-in-chief of the Verstka publication, Lola Tagaeva.

The publication is aware of the departure of employees of the russian ministry of education, the ministry of digital development, and the central bank. In some departments of the Moscow City Hall, 20-30% of the staff are undercounted. Officials go on vacation and do not return.

Tagaeva states: "First of all, they go to the countries of Central Asia as members of the executive committee of the russian football union. Several employees of the city hall and ministries wrote to us. They wanted to share their story. No one wants to fight, kill, and be killed. Unlike the inhabitants of the russian hinterland, department employees have access to a wide variety of information, not just TV. They understand what's going on."
