The partnership of local authorities and patrons involves two stages. As part of the first stage, the benefactors will carry out a comprehensive repair of the school by the end of 2022, which includes restoring the roof, parapets, fence, and porch, repairing part of the classrooms for classes and communication systems, and re-planning and arranging the central bathroom. They will also replace the windows and some of the doors and install modern indoor navigation elements. Within the first stage, equipment and musical instruments will be purchased and handed over to the children's art school to improve its material resources: laptops for organizing online learning and innovative synthesizers, guitars, digital pianos, accordions, and violins. Donors' funds will also be used to equip additional classrooms for music classes to increase the number of children studying at the school.

In addition, the BGV Charity Fund and German donors will carry out several things to arrange an inclusive space and organize an appropriate learning process based on the Bucha School of Arts to ensure barrier-free access to all classes at the school for children with disabilities.

As part of the second stage of cooperation, which is planned for November 2022–April 2023, the benefactors plan to continue work to improve and expand the inclusiveness of the children's educational institution, install electric heating in the school premises, carry out internal repairs of the building and restore the facade. In addition, cooperation with the children's music school involves the organization of several pieces of training for teachers and the launch of a financial scholarship for children's studies.

The cooperation between the Bucha Children's School of Arts, the BGV Charity Fund, and German donors dates back to June 18, 2022, when the Concert For Tomorrow musical event took place in the Munich Philharmonic (Germany) on the initiative of help alliance supported by #WeAreAllUkrainians. It was a performance by the stars of the Munich Symphony Orchestra, which united with Ukrainian musicians as part of a charity concert. Among the Ukrainian artists were refugees who fled to Germany because of the war in Ukraine. The show at the Philharmonic demonstrated solidarity with Ukraine and support for Ukrainian talents and collected the initial amount of funds for restoring the Bucha Children's Art School. In August, theGerman air carrier, Lufthansa, joined the charity project as the initiative's primary sponsor due to on-board donation on its flights.
