Prime Minister of Ireland: russia must end its inhuman aggression against Ukraine

Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin called on russia to end its inhumane, immoral aggression against Ukraine after visiting the Kyiv region.

He emphasized this at a joint briefing with President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv, Ukrinform reports.

"The war must end. russia must end its aggression. Today I visited the Ukrainian cities of the Kyiv region, and all the heads of local communities told me that these towns did not have military bases and did not have any military capacity. People lived there and relaxed, but they were attacked. russians attacked civilians," Martin said.

The Prime Minister of Ireland noted that for him and his country, this is a real horror — irrational and incomprehensible.

"the russian federation must know this. putin must stop this inhumane, immoral aggression. Having visited these places, I completely understood this," the head of government emphasized.

It should be reminded that the Prime Minister of the Republic of Ireland, Micheál Martin, is on a visit to Ukraine on Wednesday, where he has already visited Borodyanka, Bucha, and Irpin, which were destroyed by russian aggression. Martin also met with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
