Earlier, Zhyvytskyy stressed that enemy equipment of Russian invaders was pushing from all sides.
"There is a threat of street fighting! Stay in a safe place in the house, as far away from the windows as possible," he said.
On February 28, the mayor of Okhtyrka, Pavlo Kuzmenko, said that near the city, the Russian occupiers shot at a VAZ 99 armored personnel carrier, threw out civilians, took the car, and drove towards Chupakhivka.
