Ukrainian Railways note that the condition for boarding is a ticket, an international certificate of vaccination or a negative PCR test, and a biometric passport.

"We are negotiating with the Hungarian side to simplify the requirements for the evacuation of Ukrainian women and children from high-risk areas," they said.
