Zelenskyy announces launch of Ukrainian Dream program

Ukraine will soon launch a program entitled "A Ukrainian Dream," enabling citizens who pay taxes to take a loan on favorable terms to purchase a home, car or get an education, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.
He said this in his annual state-of-the-nation address to the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday, December 1, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"We will soon launch the Ukrainian Dream program, under which every citizen of our state who pays taxes will be able to get a loan at a rate of 5% in hryvnias for the purchase of his or her own home, electric car and get an education or change a job," Zelenskyy said.
