The first industrial park built in Lviv: a thousand new jobs are planned

The "Sparrow Park Lviv" capsule was solemnly laid in Lviv. An industrial park will be built in the industrial zone of the Syhnivka district.
This was reported in the press service of the regional state administration.
Among the project participants, there are government officials, investors, and initiators of the park creation.
The area of the park is 18.8242 hectares. Functional purpose: mechanical engineering and metalworking, logistics, light and food industry, processing industry, woodworking, printing industry, and others.
The purpose of creating an industrial park, "Sparrow Park Lviv," is to ensure economic development and increase the competitiveness of Lviv, the entire region, intensify business activity, increase employment, development of modern production, and logistics infrastructure.
Approximately UAH 316 million is needed for the infrastructure of the Sparrow Park Lviv industrial park, and over UAH 1.5 billion for investment in the construction of facilities.
The initiator will finance the creation and operation of the park, as well as attract funds from private investors and credit resources.
There are plans to create about a thousand jobs in the park.
It is noted that the Lviv region is the leader in the number of registered industrial parks, 9 out of 49 throughout Ukraine. In particular, this year 2 industrial parks were registered: Mostyskyi and "Sparrow Park Lviv."
