Quarantine restrictions in Ukraine may be extended after August 31 - Ministry of Health
The quarantine restrictions are currently in effect until August 31 but may be extended.
Deputy Minister of Health, Chief State Sanitary Doctor Ihor Kuzin announced this on the air "Breakfast with 1+1."
"Regarding the extension of quarantine, it will most likely be extended, because we understand that quarantine is tied to a lot of organizational measures, including those measures that we have in the civil protection system. Therefore, it will be extended," Kuzin said.
He also noted the worsening of the disease situation in the Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Lviv regions.
