The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, believes that the meeting in the Normandy format will take place, but now everything depends on Russia.
He stated this at a press conference within the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine-30. Decentralization," Ukrinform reports.
"I reaffirm our willingness to negotiate in the Normandy format, and I think this meeting will take place. But today everything depends on Russia. And we don't need to throw this ball from any source in the Russian media. We're all we understand that everything depends on them," President said.
According to him, Ukraine is making progress on this issue "not quickly, but as soon as possible."
