US Secretary of State Blinken calls the visit to Ukraine productive
US Secretary of State Blinken stated he had a productive visit to Kyiv, where he met with the leadership of Ukraine, representatives of politics, and civil society.
Blinken announced this on Twitter, Rubryka reports.
"I spent productive time in Kyiv with the President of Ukraine Zelenskyi and everyone I met," the Head of the US State Department said.
According to him, the United States is ready to resolutely oppose Russian aggression, as well as support the reforms needed to ensure a sovereign, democratic and prosperous future for Ukraine.
As Rubryka reported, Antony Blinken paid a visit to Kyiv on May 6 as part of a European tour.
Ukraine became the first Eastern European country to be visited by a high-ranking official of this rank from the current US administration.
