Russia's missile strike on Uman: Photo report by Rubryka from the site of the tragedy

It published a picture with the inscription "right on target" on Telegram.

The head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak, said in response that this is an obvious inadequacy and complexity of a whole nation of terrorists and murderers.
