Previously, payment transactions recorders were mandatory only for some types of business for cash and non-cash payments, but from January 1, 2022, cash registers for sole proprietors of the second, third and fourth groups are mandatory, regardless of the type of business. And although they tried to postpone this requirement to the beginning of 2023, the parliament could not pass a law that allows postponing the introduction of mandatory payment transactions recorders, so all individual entrepreneurs had a major question: "Do I need a cash register?" and "Where should I stuff it?"
