Plant Power Day: how not to eat anyone and be strong

Plant Power Day celebrated on March 7 was launched in 2018 by the European company Alpro, which specializes in "plant" dairy products, in collaboration with the vegan project BOSH!, which encourages people to eat more vegetables and other plant-based products.

This holiday was invented to draw attention to the plant-based diet. And it wasn't a question of completely abandoning all products of animal origin, but of partially replacing them with plant-based, more useful products. After all, a plant-based diet has several benefits: health, less impact on the environment, and ethical reasons.

It's suggested to celebrate this day by completely giving up animal products: try to prepare something traditional, but replace non-vegan products with vegan ones, drink coffee with a plant milk instead of cow's milk or go to a vegan restaurant to eat.
