Zelensky and crown prince of Saudi Arabia discuss peace formula

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Muhammad bin Salman al Saud spoke via phone on November 27. They talked about the Ukrainian Peace Formula and ways to enhance Ukrainian-Saudi relations.

"They discussed recent events in the Middle East. They also talked about strengthening Ukrainian-Saudi relations and implementing the Ukrainian peace formula," the message reads.

As reported, on August 5-6, a second meeting was held in Jeddah at the national security advisers and political directors level regarding the key principles of peace based on the Peace Formula of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the results of the first day, namely on August 5, representatives of about 40 countries agreed that the basis of the future peace agreement would be the inviolability of Ukraine's borders.
It was also reported that Saudi Arabia is ready to continue its mediation efforts to achieve a peaceful settlement in Ukraine.
In addition, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has already had several phone conversations with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia. The peace formula regularly becomes one of the topics of discussion. Ukraine wants to involve as many states as possible in its support.
