Solutions to win: Ukrainian EBSH sports hub starts online pre-army course for future recruits
Ukrainian sports hub EBSH is launching an online physical training course for military and civilians called Combat Fitness.
What is the problem?
During the war, thousands of Ukrainian men and women were forced to defend the Motherland. The first months of full-scale fighting proved that knowledge of military training and first aid could save hundreds of lives.
Understanding tips on stopping bleeding, orienting on the terrain, and handling small arms is practically a basic need.
What is the solution?
Ukrainian sports hub EBSH is launching an online physical training course for military and civilians called Combat Fitness, which fits anyone.
The goal of the training is to form a "functional and durable" body adapted to perform combat tasks, as well as to carry heavy equipment, ammunition, and transport wounded comrades.
How does it work?
The Combat Fitness program includes weight training, running, kettlebell and barbell training, cardio, and body weight.

The course lasts for a month in an online format. Training takes place five times a week.
Each participant gets his own program, tutorials on the correct exercise technique, and personal consultations from trainers who are available around the clock.
At the end of the course, participants will take a test based on US Marine standards.
Training starts on June 5, and the cost of participating in the program is $35.
The program was developed with the experience of civilians, athletes, and military personnel who underwent functional training in the sports hubs of "EBSH," as well as based on the standards of the US Marines.
