Zelensky holds talks with New Zealand PM on defense cooperation
Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelensky held talks with the Prime Minister of New Zealand Chris Hipkins on defense cooperation.
Leaders discussed humanitarian spheres and the need to consolidate the countries of the Pacific region in support of Ukraine.
"I had a phone conversation with the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Chris Hipkins. I thanked him for his participation in the training of our military. We count on its continuation, on further cooperation in the defense and humanitarian spheres." Zelensky noted.
On April 21, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov met with New Zealand's DM Andrew Little and discussed additional ways to strengthen the countries cooperation.
