russian media learned that the kremlin had developed several methods for russian propagandists, which should prepare the audience for the fact that the russian federation may leave Kherson

This was reported by the russian publication Meduza, which received two so-called manuals.

In one document, it is proposed that the Kherson direction is significant for Kyiv, which is why it will send "tens of thousands" of troops to get a victory here. It also states that Kherson can become a trap for the russian forces, who will have no way to retreat.

The message reads: "russian troops seek to save the lives of civilians and personnel. It is the danger of a massive attack on the city by a huge group of nationalists that dictated the evacuation of the city's civilians to the left bank of the Dnipro."

"The adversary wants Kherson to become a trap for russia, a battlefield with tens of thousands of victims. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are planning to stage a terrorist attack by destroying the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. Blowing up the HPP may become a "trap" for our soldiers. In this case, populated areas with civilians will be flooded, our military will find themselves in a cauldron and won't even be able to fight – they will simply be washed away."

In another manual prepared by the kremlin, it is separately stated that state propaganda should "pay attention" to the speech of diplomat, historian, and political scientist, member of the Scientific Council of the Security Council of the russian federation, Anatoly Torkunov. At putin's meeting with historians, Torkunov mentioned the Battle of Poltava — and stated that before the victory in it, Peter I "withdrew to Poltava." The retreat ultimately led to the "turning point in the war."

Sources of the publication in the kremlin also noted that the decision to withdraw from Kherson by russian president vladimir putin has not yet been made, and the russian authorities consider the surrender of Kherson to be an "undesirable" but "probable" option for the development of events on the front.

It will be recalled that on Monday, a protégé of the occupation authorities, Kyrylo Stremousov, said that November 7 was the last voyage of a motor ship that could "evacuate" residents from the right bank of the Kherson region to the left.
