Residents of Chernivtsi made over 300 thousand hryvnias on garbage
Almost 90,000 kilograms of secondary raw materials were collected at the Chorniv landfill
In May 2022, Chernivtsi earned over UAH 300,000 on waste sorting. This was announced the press service of the city utility company Chernivtsispetskomuntrans on Facebook.
Last month, employees of the utility company collected and sorted 26,088 kilograms of ordinary PET bottles. Then, 52,763 kilograms of white PET bottles and 8,720 kilograms of glass.
In total, the communal services managed to collect and sort almost 90,000 kilograms of secondary raw materials at the Chorniv landfill.
As a result, for the period from 1 to 31 May, the company managed to get 333,696.94 hryvnia net profit.
