Adviser to Interior Minister: We currently know about more than 400 civilians killed by russian occupiers in Kyiv region

Today, more than 400 civilians killed by the russian invaders in the Kyiv region are known.

The adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Anton Herashchenko, reported about it at a briefing, Ukrinform reports.

"It is already known that more than 400 civilians have been killed in the Kyiv region. But this bill will get bigger and bigger," Gerashchenko said.

According to him, in Bucha, where the occupiers shot people who did not pose any threat to them from armored vehicles, after the liberation, 28 bodies were found on the streets.

The adviser to the minister also noted that the place of mass murder of Ukrainians was found in the village of Motyzhyn. The invaders killed the family of the village head of Motyzhyn; Olha Sukhenko herself, her husband, and her son.

"And we still can't find her daughter," Herashchenko said.

According to him, next to the bodies of members of the Sukhenko family were the bodies of three other people, including a territorial defense fighter.

In addition, the bodies of 11 Ukrainian citizens who were also killed by the occupiers were found in Hostomel the day before in the living quarters of one of the buildings.

"And this is just the beginning of the great work begun by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine to document crimes," Herashchenko said.
