The police of the Sumy region announced it, Rubryka reports.
It is noted that thanks to the caring residents of the Romny district near one of the villages, a group of suspects in military uniform were spotted in the field.
"The police, together with representatives of the territorial defense, immediately responded to the appeal and detained 29 servicemen of the Russian Federation.
As explained by the attackers, they went to the border with the map," the statement said.
Currently, all detainees have been transferred to the relevant authorities.
All the circumstances under which they came to the territory of the Romny district will be clarified now.
"They will be held accountable for every crime committed against our country and the Ukrainian people
Together to victory! With Ukraine in the heart!" said the police.
