Fifth International Creative Ukraine Forum to be held on Sept 23-24

The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine will hold the fifth annual International Creative Ukraine Forum with the support of USAID Competitive Economy Program and Transformation Communications Activity.

Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko wrote about this on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"It will take place on September 23-24. Among the main topics of discussion: rethinking the functioning of creative industries after the pandemic. Covid has changed the world, and in many aspects, it is not effective to return the old practices. How to update processes and identify new ways to develop the industry is the key goal of the event," he wrote.

The event will be focused on the creative industries' retooling, namely, search for new tools and change of the default setting in the state policy after the pandemic.

Tkachenko noted that the draft concept of the Creative Industries Development Strategy would be represented at the forum.
