According to him, now "Flowers" is officially a monument of architecture, monumental art of local significance.

"The building has been given protected status. This means that it cannot be demolished or rebuilt," the minister stressed.

As reported by Rubryka, in July, the demolition of the modernist facade of the educational and methodical pavilion "Flowers of Ukraine" began in the center of Kyiv on Sichovykh Striltsiv Street.

The Minister of Culture Oleksandr Tkachenko stated that the dismantling of the modernist building "Flowers of Ukraine" in Kyiv should be stopped.

Subsequently, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv banned the owner of the "Flowers of Ukraine" building from dismantling during the trial for infringement of the architect's non-property copyrights.
