"We unite the world to return the Ukrainian to Ukraine," Zelenskyi on the anniversary of the "referendum" in Crimea

President Zelenskyi assured that the Ukrainian authorities were making efforts to regain control over the included peninsula.
He wrote about this on Twitter.
"Seven years ago, Russia held a fake referendum in Crimea. Ukraine has prepared a Strategy for de-occupation and reintegration of the peninsula. We unite the world based on the Crimean platform to return the Ukrainian to Ukraine," the President stated.

To recap, yesterday, March 15, Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that all Kyiv's efforts to de-occupy Crimea were illegitimate and could only be perceived as a threat of aggression against two Russian entities, Crimea and Sevastopol. In response, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry called on Russia "not to engage in political bullying."
