Candidate for US Secretary of State post supports providing Ukraine with lethal weapons
Providing Ukraine with defense weapons is a useful initiative, according to the US Secretary of State candidate Tony Blinken.
He said this at a hearing in the Senate, Interfax reports.
"I support the continued support and provision of lethal defensive weapons to Ukraine. I also support the military training program."
Blinken stressed that such training helped Ukraine resist Russian aggression.
