President Volodymyr Zelenskyi salutes the government's decision to reduce gas tariffs for the population.
The Office of the President writes.
"According to the decision, gas prices for the population will fall by over 30%. We worked together to find mechanisms for this. This decision will also encourage market players to work honestly and transparently and, above all, to take care of their client, i.e. an ordinary Ukrainian," Zelenskyi said.
The decision was adopted because of the coronavirus pandemic affecting the economic situation, and is temporary, but plays an important role in establishing a fair gas market in Ukraine, the OP reports.
