Two days ago, Severodonetsk was captured by 70%, but now the occupiers have been moved by 20%, according to the head of the Luhansk regional council Serhiy Haidai. He is confident that in two weeks russians will definitely not be able to capture the city.

Along the entire line of defense, the enemy uses the full range of weapons. During the day, the occupiers fired on more than 20 settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, destroyed and damaged 26 civilian objects, including 25 residential buildings and a power line. As a result of these shellings, 4 civilians were killed (including one child), and 3 others were injured.

Ukraine is one of the world's largest exporters of wheat, corn and sunflower oil, but russian troops are currently blocking Ukraine's Black Sea ports, threatening global food supplies. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in May that 49 million people in 43 countries were facing starvation deaths amid the war.

Communication with the captured soldiers of the Azov regiment is taking place. It is conducted by our intelligence officers from Ukraine's Head Intelligence Unit, – said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky.

According to him, the Head Intelligence Unit receives information about the conditions of detention, food and the chances of their release. "We all know that they will all be here in Kyiv, and we are doing everything possible to arrange that," Monastyrsky added.
