"The event served not only as a sporting competition but also carried significant social and rehabilitative importance. Veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, many of whom had been wounded, undergone amputations, or were freed from enemy captivity, were the first to complete the 100-meter distance. Among these participants were 15 distinguished Heroes from the Ministry of Internal Affairs system," the press service reported.
