Return of 197 Ukrainian POWs and new batch of F-16 fighters – five leading solutions of the week

Every Saturday, Rubryka posts a short digest of the week's top 5 solutions that bring Ukraine's victory closer:
🇺🇦 Ukraine has successfully secured the release of 197 more defenders from captivity. Among them, 175 are members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the Ukrainian Border Guard, the State Border Guard Service, the Navy, and the defenders of Azovstal. Additionally, 22 soldiers returned through means other than exchanges, including those seriously wounded and those prosecuted by the Russian Federation on fabricated charges.
🇪🇺 The European Commission has allocated another €1 billion to Ukraine. The funds will be provided as part of a G7 loan, which will be repaid from the proceeds from frozen Russian assets.
❤️🩹 UAnimals, in collaboration with the music band MUR, has launched a charity initiative dedicated to shelter animals. Proceeds from the sale of clothing will support UAnimals in their efforts to rescue animals and protect the environment from the impacts of war.
🛫 Ukraine has received another batch of F-16 fighters, President Zelensky announced. Zelensky did not name the exact number of fighters received.
🇩🇪 Germany will increase military aid to Ukraine to €7 billion. Thanks to amendments to the German Constitution, the planned €4 billion will be supplemented by another €3 billion. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced this.
