UK to impose new sanctions against Belarus
Great Britain imposes new sanctions against Belarus over the support of Alexander Lukashenko's regime for russia's military invasion of Ukraine.

It is reported that tomorrow, July 5, 2022, London will introduce new economic, trade, and transport sanctions against Belarus.
This package will include a ban on the import and export of goods worth about 60 million pounds (about 73 million dollars):
- oil refining products export
- advanced technology components export, including those used in quantum computing
- luxury items export, including British artwork and designer handbags
- Belarusian iron and steel import
In addition, Britain restricts Belarus' access to its financial services sector by banning its companies from issuing bonds and securities in London.
According to Financial Times, the UK has placed more than 1,000 individuals and 120 businesses under sanctions since russia's invasion of Ukraine.
