House of Chimaeras shows an inclusive New Year's show for children: supported by Ukrainian business
On December 19, a fairy tale settled in the House of Chimaeras, and 1,015 children have already become its participants. The project of the first lady, Olena Zelenska, was supported by the investment company BGV Group Management. The actress and businesswoman Anna Butkevych initiated the support. This show will run from January 8 to 16, with a total of more than 2,000 children.
From December 19 to 29, the House of Chimaeras hosted an immersive inclusive fairy-tale play "House of the Mysterious M… " which has already been seen and attended by 1,015 children aged 6 to 11. Among them are orphans, children with disabilities, children whose parents died in joined forces operation zone or in performing official duties in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, children from large families, families in difficult circumstances and those who have experienced domestic violence, and internally displaced young Ukrainians from the Crimea.
About 100 children from Kyiv, Kyiv region, and Zhytomyr region took part in the play every day: "House of Mysterious M… "was shown five times a day for groups of 20 children. The performances were attended by children with autism, Down syndrome, spinal muscular atrophy, hearing or vision impairment; there were small viewers in wheelchairs, with cerebral palsy, with mental and intellectual disabilities; children brought up in family-type orphanages and foster homes, orphans and semi-orphans, children who have been in treatment or chemotherapy for a long time, children with orphan diseases, children from inclusive resource centers.
The initiator of the project was First Lady Olena Zelenska, and private businesses helped to implement the idea. At the patronage initiative of actress and businesswoman Anna Butkevych, the investment company BGV Group Management supported the organization of performances.
"It is so important that every child believes in a fairy tale and waits every year for a meeting with their favorite characters to immerse themselves in unforgettable fairy tale adventures. After all, the emotions experienced are remembered forever! And children's eyes that shine with happiness are the best gift! Therefore, I am happy to support this project and I am very grateful to the First Lady for such an initiative. Let's make our children happy together!" said Anna Butkevych.

Director Olena Koliadenko worked on the production. "These children need a miracle in life like no one else," she added.
The fairy-tale play will be shown from January 8 to 16, it will be visited by children from almost all territorial communities of the Kyiv region. Invitations for children are free.
