Ukraine abolishes customs duties on importing wines from EU on January 1
From January 1, Ukraine, under the obligation of the economic part of the association with the European Union, abolished customs duties on imports of wines.

The publication notes that in 2019, Ukraine exported wines worth $11.9 million. The largest foreign market for Ukrainian winemakers was Kazakhstan, where they supplied wine products for $1.3 million. In addition, one of the largest markets is Germany (supplies worth $1 million).
At the same time, wine imports to Ukraine amounted to $146.7 million last year.
