Since April, russian medium bombers have launched dozens of Kh-22 heavy air-launched missiles from ground targets. These missiles were designed to destroy aircraft carriers, and when used with a non-nuclear warhead, they are highly inaccurate and can cause significant collateral damage – including civilian casualties.
