"Russian attacks on civilian infrastructure, power supplies, hospitals, schools, and residential buildings continue at full force, and more and more Ukrainians are forced to evacuate or leave their homes every day.
At a time when international humanitarian funding for Ukraine is being reduced, Norway will continue to remain a reliable donor to efforts aimed at protecting the civilian population and saving lives," Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide said.
As noted, this funding is part of the 12.5 billion kroner (1.1 billion euros) that Norway is allocating for civilian assistance to Ukraine and Moldova in 2025.
