The Embassy of Ukraine in Peru reported this on Facebook.
What is the problem?
The Ukrainian Bookshelf project is being implemented under the patronage of the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, and the Ukrainian Book Institute.
This project is being implemented so that foreigners can better understand Ukrainian history and the country's modernity.
Olena Zelenska points out that the project is being developed both for those Ukrainians who found themselves abroad due to the war and for the Ukrainian language because "it has the right to sound and be heard."
What is the solution?
The first Ukrainian bookshelf in Colombia was opened at the University of La Sabana in the Colombian city of Chia.
"It is a great honor for us to announce an important event within the cultural diplomacy of Ukraine! Together with the people's deputies of Ukraine and the administration of the University of La Sabana, we solemnly opened the first Ukrainian bookshelf in Colombia. This initiative is part of the project of the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska," the post reads.
How does it work?

"This project aims to familiarize students, teachers, and the general Colombian public with Ukrainian literary and cultural heritage.
The shelf presents both classic works by Ukrainian authors and modern literary masterpieces, allowing everyone to find something interesting, informative, and inspiring," the post says.
The embassy noted that the initiative also aims to strengthen cultural ties between Ukraine and Colombia, opening up new opportunities for mutual understanding through literature.
"Together with the University of La Sabana, we strive to convey part of our rich cultural heritage to Colombian students," the diplomatic mission added.
They also expressed hope that this bookshelf would become an important step in gaining a deeper understanding of Ukraine worldwide.

It was also reported that on November 12, the Museum of Church Heritage (Bažnytinio paveldo muziejus) in Vilnius hosted a presentation of a Ukrainian-language audio guide, the fourth in Lithuania, and an information publication of the museum in Ukrainian.
