In 2017, Ukraine began to reform the education system, and in 2019 the number of pilot schools of the New Ukrainian School increased to 143. So now the technical competencies of students and teachers are not a privilege but an obligation.
They approved a new State Standard for Basic Secondary Education to involve students and their teachers in the development of technological competencies, which continued the reform of the New Ukrainian School. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine also approved the "Model list of teaching aids and equipment for teaching primary school classrooms."
