Business, media, personal brands have one thing in common. We sell!

Services, goods, advertising, expertise, impressions… Whatever the product, we need to buy it.

And here the sales department enters the arena (or sales manager, if you're still "one for all" in the company, like me :))

How to distinguish a good sales manager from a bad one? This question, together with a complex of a dork, alternately gnawed at me all last month. Letters are sent, calls are made, negotiations are underway, but what about the money?

And then more experienced colleagues didn't explain to me what the effectiveness of a person in sales implies and why after the first mailing I don't have my phone melted by clients willing to buy advertising.
