Putin wrote the article. This phrase isn't surprising, because the Russian president has already punched many of them, in various publications, even abroad. Putin wrote an article of 40,000 characters: it's also nothing new, he likes to spread the word. But the fact that Putin wrote the article in Ukrainian sounds so unexpected (it has never happened before) that he immediately encourages you to read the text. Spoiler alert! Don't.
We can be pleased with the fact that the article is written in our language. We can still think that the enemy from impotence doesn't know what to do, improvises, and is ready to make concessions. However, we should turn on critical thinking and realize that Ukraine has done nothing to force Putin to speak out using "the creation of the Austrian General Staff" or to seek peace. So, the enemy isn't reactive, and it's something more than banally fulfilling a promise from a straight line. Moreover, even then the article was planned (or Putin has already seen the draft) and simply announced. So we should stop ridiculing and trolling because something serious is happening.
