Pessimistic Kyiv elections

Already now, four days before the election, we can say that the next line-up of the Kyiv City Council will be deterioration of the city development of the city and implementing urban decisions.

We should understand that there are two types of parties in local councils: parties focused on the city government, and "independent" ones, which don't have positions and influence in the Kyiv City State Administration. Now, a third of the deputies have been elected by independent parties in the Kyiv City Council (Svoboda and Samopomich (Self Reliance)/Kyiv Team). You can evaluate deputies or these parties in different ways, but it is through them that most adequate decisions from public and expert circles entered the official city policy.
