Despite the constant external turbulence, the residential real estate market is showing growth. Unless another global cataclysm occurs, the pace and vector of development will be determined by the following factors.

Until a clear and predictable process of obtaining permits for construction, commissioning, and licensing is resumed, and we'll see significant delays in project implementation. Accordingly, the primary housing market, which already has documents, will become more expensive.
