How crowdfunding helps promote health in schools
Nowadays, the topic of mental health, work-life balance, taking care of one's body, proper nutrition is becoming more and more popular. Of course, the pandemic has greatly affected this and forced us to rethink the value of our lives. Global Wellness Institute explained 8 wellness trends, i.e. those that provide care for health and well-being, in 2021. And of course, it's a positive trend, but it's important that such trends don't lose relevance, but rather become the norm and habit.
I believe that education should pick up such trends and adapt them to the needs of students. However, when I was in school, there were no fashion bloggers who promoted sports and body care. There have been no reforms and no opinion leaders about the importance of proper nutrition. And no one said what emotion, bullying, or mental health was. Having immersed in introspection, I set out on a journey into my past and returned to my school years to understand where my bad habit of neglecting my health had developed. And can this be changed in Ukrainian schools today so that future generations understand the importance of health and not just physical health?
