Our defenders resolutely suppressed an attempt of assault in the area of Dementiivka and carried out airstrikes near Prudianka and Verkhnii Saltov, the Ukrainian General Staff reported in the morning summary.
Also, in the direction of Bakhmut, Ukrainian soldiers stopped the offensive, inflicted significant losses on the occupiers, and repulsed the assault toward the Vuhlehirska thermal power plant.
In the Avdiivka, Kurakhivka, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia directions, the enemy launched airstrikes against our positions near Avdiivka and Shcherbaki. They tried to conduct assaults in the Pavlivka area but were unsuccessful and left.
On June 29, Ukraine's Air Force strike aircraft carried out up to twenty group airstrikes against the positions of the russian occupation forces in various directions. Su-25 attack bombers and Su-24m bombers hit the enemy's command and observation post, two ammunition depots, a missile and artillery depot, and destroyed the enemy's equipment and workforce.
Strike aviation was particularly active in the Luhansk region, supporting the actions of units of the defense forces of Ukraine from the air.
The russian occupiers tried to knock out Ukrainian units from the "just recaptured" settlements in the Kherson region with the help of paired helicopter attacks; however, the Ukrainian military repulsed the enemy using portable anti-aircraft missile complexes.

Who's coming to Ukraine?
On financial and information aid, weapons and politicians
Ukraine is conducting negotiations on weapons production together with Western partners. Ihor Zhovkva, Deputy Head of the President's Office, announced this during the NATO summit in Madrid. "Our special exporters and representatives of Ukroboronprom have appropriate contacts with relevant companies, not only in NATO countries. The process is ongoing. We will need weapons even after we win the war," Zhovkva emphasized.
The Czech Republic plans to transfer self-produced drones to Ukraine. The Czech company has issued 2 UAVs for surveillance and is working on combat drones. These UAV comes complete with a pilot-operator control station, a tracking antenna or a satellite module, and a catapult. The radius of the drone is 60 km.
The Polish "Crabs" are already working on the front line and helping the Ukrainian defenders to destroy the enemies! The Krab self-propelled howitzer is a modern self-propelled howitzer on a tracked chassis. These guns can hit targets at a distance of up to 40 kilometers. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, shared the photo of the self-propelled guns.

Ukrzaliznytsia Railways tested the project of installing Starlink in trains. After testing, Ukrainian specialists contacted Starlink representatives and showed how it works. KPI students, together with Rozetka, announced a collection of disposable electronic cigarettes. They will make combat drones from their components. At first, the boxes were only near the university dormitories. Subsequently, the students agreed to cooperate with Rozetka. The company will give the collected cigarettes to Maksym Sheremet. In his drone laboratory, Maksym assembles multi-copters for the Ukrainian forces and ammunition drop systems for them. Lithium-polymer batteries for electronic cigarettes are what is needed for their production.
Kyiv and the region
A new "Dream" will appear in Ukraine. The project to build a new Mriia aircraft is already underway, Davyd Arakhamia, the head of the Ukrainian parliament's ruling faction, said. British billionaire Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Galactic, who visited Hostomel yesterday, promised to help. The new "Dream" will be an updated version based on modern digital equipment.

Chernihiv region
Chernihiv restaurateurs feed people who lost their homes, or their houses were damaged by shelling by russian troops. Donetsk and Luhansk regions
The Donetsk region is absolute hell. The enemy does not stop shelling the territory along the Siverskyi Donets River. Both banks were hit by russian fire: from the Sievierodonetsk side and the Lysychansk side. The Donsoda district is almost under constant fire.
The enemy does not abandon his intentions to block Lysychansk and take control of the section of the Lysychansk-Bakhmut highway. On June 29, it fired at the civil infrastructure of Lysychansk and Verkhnokamianka. This morning, the russians are conducting an offensive near Verkhnokamianka and storming operations near the Lysychansk Oil Refinery.
Kharkiv region
Kharkiv is shelled daily. Yesterday, the enemy changed the time of the night shelling, but, as the locals say, "no one canceled" the shelling itself.
During the day, the enemy attacked the infrastructure of the Industrialnyi, Osnovianskyi, and Nemyshlianskyi districts of Kharkiv. At night, the russians hit objects in the Industrialnyi and Osnovianskyi districts with cruise missiles. There were no casualties.
As a result of the strikes, houses in Bezliudivka were also damaged, and there were no casualties.
During the day, the occupiers shelled the region's Chuhuyiv, Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, and Izium districts. As a result of the shelling by the russian occupiers from MLRS in Malynyvka, five people were injured, one of them is an 11-year-old child. Hits took place, including on the territory of private houses. In Zolochiv, six residential buildings were damaged after shelling, including the Onnorobivka railway station.
In total, six civilians were injured during the 24 hours as a result of russian aggression, a 55-year-old man died in the Izium district.
Sumy region
Two people were killed, and eight were injured due to shelling in Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, and Velika Pysarivka communities on June 29.
After 8:00 p.m., the ruscists fired four more rockets into the region, Dmytro Zhivytskyi, the head of the Sumy region, reports.
The night of June 30 was quiet: the enemy did not open fire. But the morning in the Yunakivka community began with four shots from self-propelled guns. Fortunately, there were no casualties or damage.
Poltava region
Rescuers have already dismantled 80% of the rubble of the shopping center in Kremenchuk. This was reported by the spokeswoman of the State Emergency Service in the Poltava region, Svitlana Rybalko. According to her, at the site of an enemy missile attack, rescuers find body parts, the identity of which should be established by an expert examination.
The russians deliberately hit the shopping center in Kremenchuk. All their statements about shelling are fake. The Security Service of Ukraine announced that they had established the circumstances of launching enemy rockets at the shopping center. Here is what the special service says:
- The video with the moment of impact clearly shows that the occupiers hit the shopping center where the visitors were.
- As for the shelling of the plant, there were no warehouses with military equipment there: it produced asphalt mixing devices.
- The russian army is a hotbed of terrorists who Ukraine will surely punish for their crimes. All evidence is currently being carefully documented, the SBU head Bakanov added.
Dnipropetrovsk region
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the occupiers destroyed a warehouse with 40 tons of grain. The russians targeted an agricultural enterprise in Zelenodolsk, destroying a grain warehouse. The explosion caused a fire. According to preliminary information, people were not injured, governor Valentyn Reznichenko said.
In addition, the enemy shelled the center of Velyka Kostromka from cannon artillery. Information about the victims and the scale of the destruction is being established.
Zaporizhzhia region
In Zaporizhzhia, a mural with the country's most famous dog, Patron, was created in the yard of an apartment building. Earlier, artists painted a mural with the image of the "russian warship" stamp and the An-225 Mriia aircraft.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, the situation has not undergone significant changes over the past day, the local administration reports. The enemy concentrates its primary efforts on holding the occupied borders. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has shelled the positions of Ukrainian defenders 35 times, using tank weapons, rocket, and cannon artillery along the entire contact line.
Kherson region
Kherson partisans made an urgent appeal in which they condemned the opening of the russian bank Promsvyazbank in Kherson and called to block all actions of the occupiers to integrate Kherson into the russian federation. It is necessary to do everything so that the occupiers cannot hold a referendum in Kherson.
Mykolaiv region
As of 8:00 a.m., rescuers continue to search for the dead and dismantle the structures of the residential building destroyed by the russian rocket. The bodies of six dead people were recovered. Six people were injured.
