The Armed Forces have been defending our country from the aggressor for much more than a year. We explain how you can help our soldiers now, in times of escalation.
The United States and its allies have once again warned Ukraine of the threat of a full-scale Russian attack. The aggressor country says it's not going to attack, but its actions say otherwise. Russia continues to draw troops to our borders, arranges provocations, sows panic in the information space, manipulates the population of the occupied territories, creating propaganda images. The enemy's tactics are clear: to scare and demoralize as much as possible. The Kremlin is well aware that it is possible to win the war even before it starts if it manages to break the will of Ukrainians to resist. That is why Russia is pressuring us in all the ways currently available to it.
Believing in the Ukrainian army, in our soldiers who have enough forces and means, as well as the appropriate combat experience to defend Ukraine if necessary. The war in our country hasn't started just now, it has been going on for 8 years. But today the Ukrainian army is the most powerful since 2014, and the coalition of partners who support us is the broadest since independence. Moreover, many civilian Ukrainians don't want to live in constant fear. According to a recent KIIS survey, more than half of Ukrainians are ready to actively resist the aggressor in one way or another in the event of a military invasion. More than a third will defend their homes with the military with weapons in their hands, and another quarter of Ukrainians are ready to resist by participating in public resistance.
In the end, let's be honest, it's not shameful to worry about your family and be tense. This is a perfectly normal reaction to the word "war." But if you also don't want to sit idly by in anticipation of a military threat, we tell you how and where you can direct energy to support our army.
